TrendFlamingo is a data aggregation and visualization tool. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell securities. All content is for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

3. Data Sources & Accuracy

TrendFlamingo aggregates data from third-party sources including Google Trends, Reddit, and Yahoo Finance. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data presented. Market data may be delayed. The stock matching algorithm is heuristic and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment decisions.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial periods. Promotional codes and discounts are subject to the terms specified at issuance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data beyond normal usage patterns; (c) interfere with the operation of the Service; (d) impersonate any person or entity.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendFlamingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
